Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
- Evaluate contractor claims and conduct cost analysis.
- Negotiate and agree on final accounts with contractors and vendors.
- Monitor costs to ensure budgets are maintained.
- Prepare reports detailing financial progress and risks of projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve issues.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Salary
- N200,000 – N300,000 monthly (Attractive and negotiable based on experience).
