JOB TITLE: DATA ANALYST

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data related to sales, customer behavior, inventory, market trends and supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze sales performance by product category, branches
· Track customer purchasing trends and behavior to support targeted marketing and promotions
· Monitor and forecast inventory levels to reduce overstock and stockouts.
· Generate reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau
· Provide actionable insights from CRM and e-commerce data.
· Collaborate with marketing, sales team and other departments to identify business opportunities.
· Clean, validate and maintain large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
· Assist in pricing analysis and strategies, profitability assessment for furniture items
· Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and marketing campaigns
· Develop predictive models to support demand forecasting and customer segmentation
· Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
· 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in retail or e-commerce
· Proficient in Excel, SQL and data visualization tools
· Experience with statistical tools (R, Python, etc) is a plus
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
