Business Development Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associateto join our team. In this role, you

will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support the execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.

∙Generate leads and convert them into qualified prospects.

∙Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

∙Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

∙Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitches for prospective clients.

∙Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

∙Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends.

∙Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Qualifications:

∙A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

∙1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (entry-level candidates with

strong potential may also be considered).

∙Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

∙Strong interpersonal skills and a client-oriented attitude.

∙Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organized.

∙Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

∙Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

∙Knowledge of business and tech,

∙Experience with lead generation platforms or marketing automation tools.

∙Understanding of B2B or B2C sales processes.
