We serve over 700,000 clients annually from various medical insurance providers and non-insurance sectors, addressing the healthcare needs of diverse communities. We are currently looking for candidates who demonstrate a high degree of commitment, leadership, flexibility, and initiative to fill the following vacancies:

1. Pharmaceutical Technologist – Nairobi

Reporting to: Pharmacy In-Charge

Location: Nairobi

Role Purpose:

To ensure accurate prescription validation and medication dispensing in line with professional and regulatory standards, contributing to optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and dispense prescriptions accurately.

• Manage pharmacy inventory effectively.

  • Prepare and submit internal and external quality reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical operations.
  • Proficient in ICT.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Self-motivated team player with a pleasant personality.

2. Nurse – Ngong

Reporting to: Nurse In-Charge

Location: Ngong

Role Purpose:

To provide quality and compassionate nursing services, supporting the delivery of holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage patients and administer medication.

• Perform clinical procedures and assist in patient management.

  • Enforce infection prevention and control measures.
  • Accurately enter clinical data into the system.
  • Manage nursing tools and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in Nursing.
  • Valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in nursing procedures and ICT tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, team-oriented, and personable.

3. Graduate Trainee – Emergency Rescue Services

Reporting to: Head of Emergency Rescue and Training Services

Location: Nairobi

Role Purpose:

To support the Emergency Rescue and Training Centre in administrative and coordination functions, contributing to efficient training service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle training-related inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for individuals and corporate clients.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

• Assist in preparing training materials and logistics.

  • Track training schedules, attendance, and certification records.
  • Liaise with trainers and clients to ensure seamless training execution.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Rescue and Training Centre.

Qualifications and Skills:

Recent graduate in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Detail-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
