Key Responsibilities:
- Market micro-credit products and appraise loan applications.
- Conduct client training and ensure proper loan documentation.
- Monitor loan disbursements and follow-ups.
- Maintain records and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma in cooperative management, microfinance, or a business-re- lated field; a degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in microfinance, credit, or marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and credit management skills.
- Age: 25 years and above.

- At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer care skills.

PORTFOLIO MANAGER- MICRO CREDIT
JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Head of Credit & MSMEs, the purpose of the job will be overseeing overall Micro Credit Business growth profitability.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Ensure various policies and credit guidelines necessary of micro credit administration are adhered to.
- Monitor the Micro Credit portfolio and ensure any variation in portfolio quality and volumes are promptly addressed.
- Enhance credit risk management techniques in the Micro Credit Ad-ministration
- Review Micro Credit products to ensure they consistently meet mem-ber’s needs.
- Any other task as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
- MBA In Business, finance or related area is an added advantage
- Professional qualification in CPA/CFA/CCP
- 3-5 years’ experience in Micro Credit institution
