Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Overall Purpose: As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean, orderly, and well-maintained. Your role is crucial in providing a positive experience for our guests through exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are met. - Train, motivate, and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage.
Address and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Assist in cleaning duties as needed, especially during peak times or staff shortages.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
