Key Responsibilities:
Creating a World-Class First Impression
- Greet clients, guests, and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing prompt and helpful responses.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate teams, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
- Represent Tundar Capital with poise in all interactions—whether in person, on the phone, or over email.
Supporting Daily Operations
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office logistics.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, maintain supply inventory, and ensure the front office runs efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and organized client and internal records, ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks across departments when needed.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by your line manager.
Enhancing Client Experience
- Provide clear, timely, and professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Address and resolve client inquiries or issues with confidence and composure.
- Follow up on client needs to ensure every interaction exceeds expectations.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- A diploma in Front Office Operations or Administration is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles (experience in financial services is preferred).
